116k listings from 87 sources. I chose the Saudi-dialect parser from an 11-model bake-off (90.2% exact on 143 golden queries, p50 1.7 s). It also gives fair-price ranges, drive times from a self-hosted OSRM, and share cards rendered in the Worker.

The same product is matched across stores with barcodes, embeddings and local LLM judges (precision gate 1.000). Which Saudi insurer is actually better at claims?
A weekly pipeline pulls reviews from Google Maps, app stores and X. Claude batch extraction sorts them into aspects and checks each quote verbatim. Empirical-Bayes shrinkage keeps small insurers from being over-ranked, and a hand-labelled gold set decides which criteria get published.
